Shri Sidheswar Mahadev Temple

Shri Sidheswar Mahadev Temple is one of the most sacred abodes of Lord Shiva in Cuttack. Located in Sidheswar Sahi, our temple is not just a holy place of worship, it’s a heritage that has flourished for generations, a living tradition carried forward by dedicated Shiva Sebayats who perform daily rituals with the same reverence as their ancestors.

Our temple is managed by a hereditary trust board under the Odisha Hindu Religious Endowment Act with Index No. 1564-C-CM. Beyond maintaining the temple, we are preserving the age-old customs of our Sanatan Dharma. With the blessings of Mahadeva, we also undertake welfare activities on behalf of our temple to support those in need.

Our temple comes alive during celebrations like Sital Shashti, Maha Shivaratri, and Navaratri. We believe in sharing Lord Shiva’s blessings with everyone—whether through prasad distribution to the needy or opening our doors to all devotees seeking peace and divine grace. From the pre-dawn bathing of the deity to the evening Sandhya Arti, every ritual connects us to our rich spiritual heritage.
